Standard Notary Stamp:

  • $25 for the first stamp. $10 every stamp afterwards.
  • After 9pm & Sunday Additional fees apply.

Travel Fees: 

​

  • $40 base charge for travel, plus $2.45/mile

​

  • Any charges for ferry rides and/or parking will be charged at the time of signing separately.

  • What is an acceptable form of ID?

  • Are you really available after 9pm?

    Yes, we are available late nights for signings but an extra fee will apply upfront. Availablity willl be based on our schedules.

  • How will i know what the cost will be?

  • Do you have a main office?

    We do have a main office. Depending on your location we will offer it to you as an option.

  • What is the process for new customers?

    1)      You may book online here automatically, or email Booking@thenotarymerge.com


    2)      We work with your schedule, give you an exact quote and appointment confirmation in writing. 


    3)      We then send you a link by text to our exact vehicle location, so you may see precisely where we are with a live estimated time of arrival.

  • Are you background checked?

    Yes! Our last background check was done by Thumbtack and completed on 1/20/2024.  We are glad to send you copies of our bonding, insurance, professional licensing, and letters of recommendation. 



    For your reference of my notary registration status, the phone number for the State Notary Registration Office is (617) 727 - 2836. The office is only able to verify the registration status of notaries by calling that phone number.



    While official hours are M-F from 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the best times to reach them may be between 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., and from 1:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Alot of fingerplaces close at 5pm. We offer fingerprinting services to thoes that do not want to go to an office or is working during the normal business hours.
